In the Registrar's Office, the Student Records team is here to help you with your VCC transcript, transfer credits or prior learning assessments, enrolment letters, grades, and graduation. You are welcome to get in touch with us if you have any questions.
Temporary Closure
Location: BROADWAY CAMPUS and DOWNTOWN CAMPUS

CLOSED: All Day
Convocation this year is on Thursday, June 27. The Registrar’s Office (including Financial Aid) and Student Accounts Offices will be closed at both campuses on this day. Other administrative areas at both campuses may also be closed so we advise all students to call ahead before coming to campus to verify office hours.
Please note that on Thursday, May 30, the Admissions and Registration counters and phones at both the Broadway and Downtown campuses, and the Student Records phones, will observe the following modified hours:
- Downtown Campus Counters: Open at 12:00PM
- Broadway Campus Counters: Open at 1:00PM
- Admissions and Registration Phones (Option 4): Open at 1:00PM
- Student Records Phones (Option 8): Open at 1:00PM
